Calibration Process Overview
1. Equipment Setup
We install a calibration camera, network monitoring system, and connect the display to a calibration workstation.
2. Brightness and Color Measurement
Using a high-precision camera, we measure brightness and color deviations for each LED module.
3. Data Analysis and Coefficient Calculation
The software analyzes collected data and generates specific calibration coefficients.
4. Configuration Upload & Final Testing
The coefficients are uploaded to the display, followed by final testing and fine-tuning to ensure perfect image uniformity.
